Be Creative
The Future Me: Authoring the Second Half of Your Life
And in the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.

Abraham Lincoln

Many people see creativity as the special purview of artists, musicians, and poets. In fact, creativity is a dynamic part of all of our lives—a resource we use when we design our days, solve important problems, and enrich our relationships in new and interesting ways. As Gene D. Cohen, M.D., Ph.D., has written in The Creative Age:  Awakening Human Potential in the Second Half of Life, creativity is especially important as we age. It can be a key tool for strengthening emotional health and encouraging personal transformation.

Try an exercise to “Be Creative” and you do what you—just a little differently.
